Shri. Raja Vaidyanathan, B.Tech (IIT Madras), MBA (IIM Calcutta), AICWAI & ACS., was born in the cultural city of Tanjore in the year 1955 & is a dynamic professional having more than 40 years of work experience in different industries. He has in-depth knowledge in Chemical & Petrochemicals, Financial Services, Media Entertainment, Retail and Telecom industries. He has promoted various companies in his career, one of the prominent companies promoted by Shri. Vaidyanathan is M/s Asirvad Micro Finance Limited. He believes in maintaining a work life balance. He is a swimmer, marathoner and a passionate lover of Tamil Language.

Shri. D R Dogra retired in 2016 as Managing Director and CEO of CARE Ratings, which is the second largest credit rating agency in India in terms of rating income. After a stint of 15 years in Dena Bank, he joined CARE in 1993.

Born in September 1954, he has over 37 years of experience in the financial sector in the areas of banking and credit rating. He has been instrumental in driving CARE Ratings to the position which it has attained in the last few years and has also taken the company to the bourses where it got listed in December 2012.

He has been associated as Independent Director in various corporates such as IDFC First Bank, L&T Finance, Sintex Group, Welspun Group, S Chand Group, G R Infraprojects, Asirvad Microfinance, Microfinance Institutions Network, etc.

By means of qualification, he holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Agriculture from Himachal Pradesh University and MBA from Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi. He is a certified associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers.

Shri KM Vishwanthan (as he is known) has 32 years of exposure in BFSI segment in companies like HDFC Bank, Cholamandalam Finance, Karnataka Bank and is running successfully a MFI named M Power Micro Finance. Mr KMVs understanding of the informal segment is a great asset to the company. The informal segments he has handled includes, transportation financing, SME lending, infrastructure lending. His expertise in these segments
was honed during his stint in HDFC bank, where he was the Product Head – Credit & Policy. KMV holds a master degree in Financial Management from JBIMS Mumbai.

Shri. Venkatesh Kannappan, B.E (EEE), MBA Marketing and Systems, PGDSM Software, was born in the cultural city of Tanjore in the year 1976. He brings over 2 decades of rich experience to the table from the Banking and Finance sectors. He has a strong background and expertise in start-ups, steering business, risk management, product development and organization building. Revenue generation and profitability for startups is his strength. He is a senior banking professional who has worked with leading banks and finance companies. He is an angel investor and like to play cricket in his leisure time.

Ms. Geetha Lakshmi Koduru is a Chartered Accountant by profession and holds Diploma in Insurance and Risk Management (D.I.R.M). She has over 30 years of rich experience in handling Corporate Audits, Tax Audits, and other assignments for both Public and Private sector Companies.

She is the founding partner of Lily and Geetha Associates, a Firm of Chartered Accountants that offer services to clients with a specialization in Direct and Indirect Taxes, FEMA, and Corporate Audits.
